About these results
Independent checks measure public endpoints and sign-in entrypoints from three locations. They do not verify complete signed-in customer workflows. Current status follows the newest check from each location, with a second check used to confirm repeated failures. Missing, delayed or blocked monitoring is shown as unavailable.
Current status shows availability now. The separate history chart shows up to 90 calendar days of observed availability, including today. Percentages count successful checks divided by observed checks; they are not a service-level guarantee. Gray bars mean no valid observations. Known monitoring access failures and any documented setup period are excluded; ordinary timeouts and service failures remain included. New services show only the period actually monitored.
How status is determined
Operational: the newest checks passed at every location. Successful responses remain operational regardless of response time. Degraded: a current failed check. Partial outage: two consecutive failures at some locations. Major outage: two consecutive failures at all locations. Monitoring unavailable: checks cannot verify availability because results are missing, incomplete, older than 15 minutes, or blocked by monitoring access restrictions.
